It is so important to me to have a connection with each and every one of my couples.

Casey Owens couples are unique in that they are fun-loving, adventurous, and full of life. And they know and understand that to get fun, joyful, and genuine photos of their love story, we need to have a connection, and a relationship.

I always say I want to show up to your wedding day and feel like a friend or an extra bridesmaid, rather than a hired vendor.

So that means - our very first step is connecting via email so I can send y'all the wedding pricing guide. Then we decide on a date to Zoom/FaceTime so we can get to know each other!

After our initial video call, if you and your other half decide we’re the perfect fit to work together, it’ll be time to make it official!

All you need to do is decide on your package, and from there, I’ll send you an online proposal with your custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule all able to be completed online!

Once your 25% retainer is paid, your date will be saved and the fun will begin! From there, the best part– we’ll start planning your engagement session!

ENGAGEMENT SESSION

I had the most incredible experience photographing an engagement session recently, and I can’t wait to share a bit about it with you. The couple chose the beautiful downtown Annapolis area as their location of choice. The natural light was just perfect, casting a soft, romantic glow over everything. We spent the morning capturing their love in candid moments—laughter, sweet whispers, and a few stolen kisses.

The best part was how relaxed they were, which really allowed their personalities to shine through in the photos. By the end of the session, we all felt like friends, and I’m so excited to see how their love story will continue to unfold.

That all being said, I’d love to help capture your special moments in a setting that’s uniquely meaningful to you too!

I love being a part of the wedding planning process.

My goal as a photographer is to make sure you have the most fun and stress free day possible. Because of that, I am extremely organized when it comes to your wedding day plans!

Leading up to the day, I will help you create a detailed timeline for the day, a family formal photo list, and will send you a multiple question questionnaire to ensure everything runs smoothly.

 You’ll receive my wedding day questionnaire that includes a vendor questionnaire, and from your answers, I’ll create all the organizational documents for your wedding day.

About 2 weeks out from the wedding, we’ll have a video call to go over any final details to ensure all goes well the day of!

Your wedding day

        Hooray!!! It’s here!

The day of your wedding goes by in an instant. I want to make sure it’s the most fun and stress free day possible, for not just you- but your family and friends.

I arrive shortly before our scheduled start time so I can meet your family and friends, get to know them, and scope out the lay of the land.

I’ll begin with photographing your details, and my second photographer will be with your groom and groomsmen!

My absolute favorite part of the day is bride and groom portraits, so we’ll ensure we have plenty of time for this!

It’s my job to capture all the traditional moments, and in between moments so that you can look back on moments you may not have even realized were happening to relive your incredible day.

online gallery

After the wedding day, when all your edits are complete, you will receive an online gallery of HUNDREDS of your images.

It’s my goal to get you your images while you’re still excited about the wedding, and the bliss hasn’t faded.

I deliver approximately 75 photos per hour of coverage.

From this gallery, you will be able to share your images with friends and family, download to your computer, share to social media and order prints.

While you have full print rights to your images, I always recommend couples print through a professional lab if you’re going to make prints for your walls–the quality of professional labs is just so much better!!

When your gallery is delivered, I encourage my couples to pop open a bottle of wine and enjoy reliving their day together!!

heirloom album

I absolutely love wedding albums and they have such a special place in my heart.

My husband and I have been married almost 8 years and our daughter loves looking through our wedding album. And real talk, I love looking through it with her and so enjoy reliving our love story.

If you get a wedding collection that includes an heirloom album, or add one á la carte, I will predesign the first draft for you, and then we will begin the customization process to make sure it tells your beautiful love story with all your favorite pictures, and has a place for all the important people in your life.

Albums come in a variety of linen or leather colors, and can be customized with your name and wedding date engraved on it!

I absolutely love designing these precious heirlooms for you and your family.
